Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

We currently only ship to the UK. Buyers cover postage unless otherwise stated.

Please note that order processing time and shipping times are separate. Orders can take up to 5 to 14 days to process and shipping is dependant on Royal Mail but tends to range between 1-2 days. 

All standard orders are made to demand and processed within 5 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you require a speedy processing time you can select it at checkout to ensure you product is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. 

In the case of an increase of processing time due to either a large quantity or orders or a limitation on stock you will be contacted. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
